    The following is a summary of what our team will do for you and your investment, and the fees involved.

     7. Maintenance Scheduling
     8. Computerized Reporting
     9. Monthly Accounting
     10. Year End Accounting
     11. 24/7 Emergency Response
     12. Serving of Notices
     13. Court Appearances
     14. Monthly Inspections

    For management, the greater of ten percent (10%) of gross collected rents or seventy dollars ($70.00) minimum per month is charged to the owner.

    For leasing/renting, fifty percent (50%) of first month’s rent of each new contract is charged to the owner. Advertising cost are excluded.



    APARTMENT MANAGEMENT
    The following is a summary of what our team will do for you and your investment, and the fees involved.
     1. Leasing of units
     2. Tenant Screening
     3. Credit & Income Verification
     4. Set-up Marketing Program
     5. Rent Surveys
     6. Walk-through inspections at tenant move-out
     7. Security deposits dispositions
     8. Maintenance Scheduling
     9. Computerized Monthly Accounting
     10. Year End Accounting
     11. Emergency Calls
     12. Serving of 30 day, 60 day, and 3 Day Notices
     13. Court Appearances
     14. Monthly Inspections

    For management, the greater of eight percent (8%) of gross collected rents or one hundred dollars ($100.00) minimum per month is charged to the owner. Prices are negotiable for apartment complexes greater than ten units.

    For leasing/renting, thirty-five percent (35%) of the first month’s rent of each new contract. Advertising cost are excluded.
